- 1/4 cup (60g) mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup (60g) cotija cheese, crumbled
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- Diced avocado (optional)
- Chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken pieces, ensuring they’re well coated. Let sit for 10 minutes while you prep other ingredients.
