Ingredients
- Ready-made biscuit dough
- Freshly grated parmesan cheese
- Fresh garlic cloves, minced
- Unsalted butter, melted
- Dried oregano or parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Open the biscuit dough and separate each piece. Flatten each dough piece slightly.
- Place a small mound of parmesan and a pinch of minced garlic in the center of each dough piece. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, remaining garlic, and herbs. Reserve a portion for brushing.
- Place each stuffed biscuit seam side down on a prepared baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Generously brush the tops with the butter mixture.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes until golden brown and puffy.
- Let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before serving.
Notes
Ensure the edges of the dough are tightly sealed to prevent cheese leakage. Rotate the baking sheet halfway through cooking for even browning.
