Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, ground ginger, and black pepper.
- Add chicken breasts and marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl to form a slurry. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken for 6-8 minutes per side until fully cooked (internal temp 165°F/74°C).
- Pour remaining marinade into the skillet and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook for another minute until sauce thickens.
- Remove chicken, pour sauce over, garnish with sesame seeds, and serve.
