This Creamy Crack Chicken Gnocchi is a comforting dish featuring tender chicken, pillowy gnocchi, and a rich, cheesy sauce with bacon and ranch seasoning.

- 1 pound boneless chicken breasts, diced
- 6 strips of bacon, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1 pack (16oz) gnocchi
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Dice 1 pound of boneless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Chop 6 strips of bacon into small pieces.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the drippings in the pan.
- In the same skillet, add the chicken pieces. Cook until golden brown and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper. Remove and set aside with the bacon.
- Reduce heat to low, add 1 cup of heavy cream to the skillet. Stir in 1 packet of ranch seasoning and mix well.
- In a separate pot, cook 1 pack of gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and add to the skillet.
- Add the cooked chicken and bacon back to the skillet. Stir in 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Garnish with chopped parsley for a pop of color.
Notes
If the sauce looks too thick, add a splash of chicken broth or milk to loosen it up. If it’s too thin, let it simmer a bit longer to thicken.
