  • Author: Mala

  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Description

These Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Clusters are a quick and easy healthy snack made with fresh strawberries, creamy yogurt, and rich chocolate, perfect for satisfying cravings without guilt.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain or flavored
  • ½ cup dark chocolate, chopped or chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • a pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a double boiler or microwave, melt the dark chocolate until smooth.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey or maple syrup (if using). Mix until well combined.
  3. Take a strawberry and dip it into the yogurt mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated. Allow any excess yogurt to drip off.
  4. After coating in yogurt, dip the strawberry into the melted chocolate, covering it partially or fully based on your preference.
  5. Lay the chocolate-covered strawberries on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with all strawberries.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 1-2 hours, or until the clusters are firm.
  7. Once frozen, you can enjoy them immediately or store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

Melt chocolate slowly to prevent it from seizing. If the yogurt is too thick, thin it out with a splash of milk or water.
