Ingredients

- 1 large flour tortilla
- 1/2 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 2–3 slices of tomato
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Optional fillings: avocado slices, salsa, hot sauce
Instructions
- Shred or dice the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Wash and chop the lettuce and tomato.
- Warm the tortilla in a microwave for 15 seconds or a dry skillet for 30 seconds per side until pliable.
- Spread mayonnaise and Dijon mustard evenly over the tortilla.
- Layer the shredded chicken, cheese, lettuce, and tomato on top.
- Add any additional desired fillings like avocado or salsa.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly into a wrap.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 days.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding hot sauce or a squeeze of lime to the chicken before assembling.
